Marco Mannocchi is Public Affairs (PA) Manager in the European PA team at Neste, the world's leading producer of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel. At Neste, Marco leads the development and implementation of the PA strategy in Southern Europe, which includes institutional relationship building, corporate outreach, stakeholder coordination and advocacy management.

Marco has been invited as a guest lecturer by a number of academic institutions, including King's College London, the European Institute of Innovation for Sustainability, Sapienza University, Sole 24 Ore Business School and LUISS Guido Carli University.

Prior to joining Neste, he worked for the Confederation of Italian Industry (Confindustria), as Senior EU Affairs Adviser at the EU Delegation in Brussels, where he was in charge of the climate, energy and environment practice, and as Industrial Affairs Adviser at the Rome headquarters. He previously interned at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and the Italian Ministry of the Environment. Marco holds a Master's Degree in International Relations, magna cum laude, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political and Communication Science, magna cum laude, from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, as well as a 2nd Level Post-University Degree in Joint Energy and Environmental Management from Link Campus University in Rome. He also studied at IMD Business School in Lausanne and at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques - Science's Po in Paris.
