Born in 1988, Martina has a long experience in the Airbnb Italy team, for about 10 years interfacing with Hosts and developing projects to improve their experience with the platform.
She graduated in 2014 in Tourism, Territory and Local Development at the Bicocca University of Milan and immediately started her career in Airbnb. She has worked on major projects such as the landing of property managers and channel managers on the platform, eventually leading the Community team in May 2023.
