Carlo Alberto Pratesi
Full Professor of Marketing, Innovation and Sustainability, President - EIIS
Full Professor of Business at Roma Tre University. He teaches marketing innovation and sustainability in Italy and abroad. He is president of the EIIS – European Institute of Innovation for Sustainability, member of the scientific committee of WWF – Italy, and co-founder of “Dock3-the startup lab”.
Since 1986, he has been involved in communication and marketing consultancy for leading Italian companies and institutions. He is the author of many scientific papers. His most recent book is “How to create a sustainable food industry. A practical guide to perfect food” (with Barrett M., Marino M., and Brkic F.), Routledge 2024
