Jesse Flanagan is a strategist and operator focused on global entrepreneurship and innovation. He has led venture support programs across emerging markets, advised deeptech startups on product commercialization and investment readiness, and worked with institutional funders to design and implement innovation programs that align vision with operations, often in sectors of climate resilience and sustainable agriculture. He began his career as a Peace Corps volunteer in El Salvador and has supported early-stage entrepreneurs since 2014. Jesse holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Minnesota and currently serves as Director of Global Venture Programs with VentureWell.
