Philippa Grogan is an expert in textiles, materials and policy. Originally from a design background, a long-standing curiosity about the impact of materials led her to consultancy, where she has enjoyed developing solutions to mitigate the environmental and social impacts of the industry through innovative, circular and regenerative solutions.

She has conducted research in South Asia, visiting producers ranging from small, rural natural dyers and hand weavers to large industrial manufacturers producing garments for global fashion brands. Today, she helps companies move away from the linear economy, maintain ethical practices in their supply chains, and stay abreast of the changing regulatory landscape. Philippa holds two masters degrees in fashion sustainability.
