Ms Tambucci has worked in the Italian Financial Services Authority since 1996 and is currently Head of the International Relations Office.
Under the Italian Presidency of the Council of the European Union in 2014 she acted as Chair of the Council Working Group in charge of the examination of the proposal by the European Commission of a Regulation for Financial Benchmarks.
She is a graduate of LUISS University of Rome and gained an MPhil in Economics at the University of Derby in the UK.
