Sofia is a veteran journalist, who has written extensively about the Italian economy and financial and fashion sectors over the past two decades. After completing an MA in Journalism, she moved to Rome to cover the Vatican for The Boston Globe and went on to write about the luxury and retail industry, as a staff reporter for Dow Jones Newswires and the Wall Street Journal. She was also a regular contributor for vanguard publications such as Vogue Arabia and Harper’s Bazaar Arabia and served as Deputy Editor at Now Fashion, covering the catwalk with a keen focus on fashion tech, sustainability and diversity and inclusion. She is currently the Senior Reporter, Home and Design at Women’s Wear Daily, based in Milan.
