Paola Manfredino started her professional career in 1990 in Andersen Consulting (Accenture) working on change management projects and on the training process re-engineering. Passionate about organizational topics and about personal-professional growing paths, she worked as training and development manager, HR manager and HR Director in multinational and Italian companies.

Freelance and coach since 2007 she developed her method respectful of the psycho-physical integrity for a personal ecology. Today she follows projects and people with passion towards achieving new goals.
