Manuela is Co-founder and partner of HumanAge, a consultancy company specialized in Talent Development. She has a broad experience in fostering individual and organizational change. She began her career as a consultant in 2017, after almost 30 years of professional experience in a large international organization, where she acquired expertise and skills in Leadership Development. She has also experience in the Sustainability area, where she managed change management projects on social topics, above all Diversity and Inclusion. She is a qualified Counselor, certified at the Berne Centre for Transactional Relational Analysis
