43 years old, currently CEO of Energy Management & Consulting, an Advisory Trading company which directly dispatches approximately 800 MW of renewable energy in Italy, and it also provides its client with optimization strategy on spot market in Italy, Poland and Romania having under management about 20TWh. Gianluca has a strong experience in both business development, business origination and Regulatory Framework across Europe in the energy/environment sector.
He has achieved more than 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance/M&A (Head of the Renewable energies desk at SRI Capital Advisers FCA regulated Financial Advisor) He was CFO of Italian ESCo where he managed a portfolio of 30 Million euro of white certificates.He started his professional career by selling his own company to an Italian Private Equity Fund - I2 Capital participated by Intesa San Paolo Fund - then he joint the CFO area of one of the largest fleet management company Drive Service which had been absorbed by Vodafone Automotive. He has a degree in Finance at Cattolica University. He was admitted at the LSE in London. Gianluca loves horse riding, and he personally owns an Arabian Horse.
Gianluca is also one of the co-founder of Energy Management and Consulting (EMC).
