Michele has been working for over 15 years in corporate sustainability with various roles. He holds a MSc in Forestry coupled with a Ph.D. in Mountain Ecology at the university of Padova, Italy and SDA Master At Bocconi, Italy. Leveraging on a science background and on the ground experience, Michele worked at Ferrero with responsibility over the environmental and social programs related to raw material sourcing and especially for strategic guidelines and implementation on the ground for key ingredients. Currently with Philip Morris, he works on policy development and guidelines implementation related to environmental sustainability focusing on synergies and integration between social and environment aspects.
